This is my set up. How do I look??
DFT2014 safety tip-05: make sure your deep fryer is located far away from any structure, free of obstructions, and provides ample avenues of egress.
Far enough away from the house, far enough away from any dead trees, but totally on a flat concrete surface.
This flat concrete surface provides a stable platform so nothing spills of tips over.
Bonus points for my fire extinguisher too.
I think I did pretty good. Although I wish it was warmer.
