Drive slower this Halloween weekend!

This Halloween weekend, I would encourage all of you to be mindful of ALL neighborhoods. There are thousands of kids enjoying the neighborhoods throughout this country.

I plead of all of you to slow down and take your time driving around this Halloween weekend.
