Because of my proximity to the propane tank, I can easily turn off the fuel source in an emergency.
  
Additionally I have identify the location of the knobs to make it easily accessible to others.

Used to beat up anyone who tries to get near, this is definitely helpful in case I can’t reach over the pot. 

I suggest using a hook or a pole to support your turkey ops.

It’s important to know that temperature is more important then time.

  
Be sure to check the temperature of your turkey while deep fry them.

Cook temp should be 165. 

Also make sure you have full protection on to make sure that you are safe.
